Program Terms of Service

This Agreement is made between:

1. Program Overview

Life Launch Studio is a 6-week coaching program designed for young adults (ages 16–23) to gain clarity, confidence, and direction through mentorship, self-discovery tools, weekly cohort calls, and a personalized AI-powered Life Design Assistant.

This program is not therapy or professional mental health counseling and is intended for personal development and decision-making support.

2. What’s Included

By signing this agreement, the Client will receive:

  • Six weeks of guided curriculum (self-paced weekly content)
  • Weekly 60-minute live group cohort sessions via Zoom during the duration of their program term
  • Three (3) personal 1:1 coaching calls (30 minute)
  • Access to a custom-trained AI Life Design Assistant via ChatGPT Plus (separate subscription required)
  • Lifetime access to strategic tools, assessments, and digital materials

3. Client Expectations

The Client agrees to:

  • Commit 2–3 hours per week to program activities
  • Participate in group sessions and individual coaching calls
  • Communicate respectfully and maintain confidentiality within the group.  
  • Maintain an active ChatGPT Plus account ($20/month, separate from Life Launch Studio tuition) to access their AI assistant

4. Use of ChatGPT / AI Tools

As part of this program, you will use a personal AI chatbot powered by OpenAI’s ChatGPT platform. By participating, you understand that:

  • You are responsible to open and maintain a ChatGPT Plus subscription for the duration of the program ($20/mo), in order to receive the full benefit of the LIfe Launch Studio experience.
  • Although all settings are designed to enhance security and privacy and will not be used to train the OpenAI LLM, you are responsible for your use of the chatbot and for any information you choose to input.  
  • The chatbot is a tool for planning, support and to enhance creative thinking. It is not intended to replace personal or professional support.
  • Brent Zakaryan and Life Launch Studio are not liable for any data you share with third-party platforms such as OpenAI
  • You are welcome to cancel your ChatGPT plus subscription after the program ends, but you must maintain an active ChatGPT Plus subscription to continue using the AI assistant after the program ends

5. Payment Terms & Refunds

Standard Tuition: $2,500.00
Special One-Time Launch Cohort: $195.00

Payment is due in full before program start. Because this program includes digital materials, live coaching, and limited enrollment, all sales are final.

 

6. Liability Waiver

By signing this agreement, the Client and/or their Parent/Guardian (if under 18) acknowledges that:

  • They are voluntarily participating in a personal growth program
  • They take full responsibility for their actions, decisions, and results
  • Life Launch Studio and Brent Zakaryan are not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes of participation

 

7. Privacy and Transparency

A) Purpose.
Life Launch Studio (“LLS”) is committed to transparency with parents/guardians while protecting each participant’s privacy and the confidentiality of the cohort community.

B) Access & Visibility for Parents/Guardians.

  • For participants under 18, the parent/guardian will be granted view-only access (behind the paywall in the participant’s account) to:
    a) recordings of the participant’s group calls;
    b) recordings of the participant’s 1:1 coaching calls; and
    c) written resources, submitted worksheets, and program progress indicators.

  • For participants 18 or older, the same access is available only with the participant’s written consent.

C) What LLS Records & Stores.

  • LLS may record live sessions (group and 1:1) for coaching quality, participant review, and safety.

  • Recordings and materials are stored within the course platform behind a secure login/paywall.

  • LLS does not sell or rent personal information and does not share recordings externally without consent, except as required by law (see Section 6).

D) Mobile, Text and SMS Privacy.

  • We do not share mobile contact information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

E) Confidentiality & Use Limits.

  • Information shared by a participant is used solely for coaching, support, and program improvement.

  • Limited de-identified data (with names and personal details removed) may be used for program analytics and improvements.

  • Testimonials or success stories will only be shared publicly with prior written consent from the participant (and parent/guardian if under 18).

F) Group Privacy & Non-Disclosure.
To protect all members:

  • Parents/guardians and participants agree not to download, screen-record, copy, photograph, or share any group session recording, chat, or materials outside the platform.

  • Participants and parents/guardians agree not to disclose any personal or identifying information about other participants shared in group settings.

  • Any breach may result in removal from the program without refund and/or legal remedies.

G) Safety & Legal Exceptions.
Confidentiality has limits. LLS may disclose information, without prior consent, when reasonably necessary to:

  • prevent reasonably foreseeable harm to the participant or others;

  • respond to suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation; or

  • comply with a valid legal obligation (e.g., subpoena, court order).

H) Data Retention & Deletion.

  • Session recordings are typically retained for up to 12 months after the cohort ends (or longer if legally required).

  • Upon written request by the parent/guardian (for minors) or by the participant (if 18+), LLS will delete accessible recordings and materials where legally and operationally feasible, excluding data we must retain for compliance or record-keeping.

I) AI Tools & Third-Party Platforms.

  • Participants may use a personal AI Life Assistant powered by ChatGPT Plus. This requires a separate subscription and is governed by OpenAI’s terms and privacy policy.

  • By using these tools, participants acknowledge they control what they input and that LLS is not responsible for third-party data handling.

  • LLS will not input a participant’s personally identifying information into third-party AI systems without consent.

J) Communication Logs.

  • Coaching-related messaging (e.g., email, portal messages) may be retained within the platform for continuity of care and transparency.

  • All messaging between coaches and clients will be available and visible by parents/guardians if client is under 18 years old.

  • LLS does not monitor private communications outside official program channels.

 

K) Parent / Coach Boundary

  • Life Launch Studio is designed to help students discover and design their own plans. The plans, decisions, and action steps developed during the program belong to the student.

    By signing this agreement, parents and guardians acknowledge that:

    • The Coach does not act as an intermediary between student and parent regarding the student’s choices.
    • The Coach will not modify guidance or recommendations at the request of parents.
    • Parents may not hold the Coach responsible for the student’s chosen direction or outcomes.
    • The Coach is not liable for disagreements between the student and parent regarding the student’s plan.

L) No Therapy / No Professional Advice.

  • LLS provides education and coaching, not medical, mental health, legal, tax, or investment advice. Participants and parents agree to seek qualified professionals as needed.

     

M) Consent & Acknowledgment.

  • By enrolling, parents/guardians (for minors) and participants (if 18+) acknowledge and consent to the recording, storage, and limited internal use described above, the parent/guardian visibility terms, and the group non-disclosure requirements.

  • Where consent is required and later withdrawn, LLS will make commercially reasonable efforts to restrict future access and remove prior content as described in Section 7.

N) Violations.

  • Any violation of this clause (including unauthorized recording or sharing of group content) may result in immediate suspension or termination from the program without refund, and LLS may pursue appropriate remedies.

8. Media Release
